An anonymous witness, a man, was driving through Three Crosses, when he noticed an object in the sky that resembled an airship, although he is certain it was not. He had the impression that the craft was constructed from a silver-grey material.

He watched as it flew in perfect silence at an altitude of approximately 4000 feet, on a bearing of 280 degrees.
