52-year-old Mike Boulter saw what he called '2 orange balls' with white centres at about a 45 degree elevation in the sky above Ebbw Vale. They were travelling one behind the other slowly, then one disappeared and the other started to move off very quickly. This then became smaller and fainter, but then reappeared in the same place where it had been before, hovered and then blinked off 'like turning off a light.'
