9.10 PM. Cloudy.

The post code SA5 8HT supplied by the witness, where she lives with her brother, puts the location at Bryn Road, Fforestfach, Swansea. Her brother had gone outside into the back yard for a cigarette. He called her to look out of the window to see something in the sky at quite a low elevation.

She said: "I could not believe what I was seeing. A very large ball of light beaming in the sky. I've seen helicopters planes etc and this was not one. It flashed in and out but it just stayed in the same spot for a while as it were watching something."

Her brother, named Rhys took a short video on his mobile phone.

The ball of light, which was below cloud cover then started moving up and down, left and right and changing shape and size. This went on for about 20 minutes before it disappeared.
