16 FEBRUARY 1983 – BAGLAN

Evening. Anthony Williams of Hazel Close, Sketty, Swansea was driving past BP Llandarcy and saw a white light moving around and hovering over BP Baglan Bay. He said there were also flashes of orange.

Swansea Coastguards said there had been no aircraft in the area, and had received reports of the light which was seen just before 8 pm but could not explain what it was.
