15 JANUARY 2003 – PENLLYN, VALE OF GLAMORGAN
10.10 PM. Clear sky. A large round disc, slightly smaller than the moon. Creamy white then changed to green. Seen in the south by south east.
It moved towards the moon and made a whizzing noise. The witness reported it to RAF Police, St. Athan.
