Approximately 10.05 PM.

J. Miles was driving along the A40 about 15 minutes after Carmarthen (does not say what direction!) when a large, 'vivid' blue light was seen on the left hand side. It was quite large, although it was quite distant. A definite shape could not be discerned. The light suddenly dived at speed. Located over farmland. No other information.
