10:55 PM. The witness viewed an object from the front bedroom window, with naked eye, then binoculars and took 30 minutes of video. It was described as being a roundish, football shaped object, with flashing multi-coloured lights. The lights were on top, and then moved around the object.

It was slow in the sky in the far distance and was making random movements but continued to remain in the same area.
