12 JULY 2003 – LLANTRISANT

10.05 PM. Few clouds at 30,000 feet approximately, excellent visibility. The two witnesses, located three miles north of Llantrisant, was at home, outside when two objects were observed with naked eye and binoculars.

The stationary objects were in the west at approximately 60 degrees elevation, and were described as being round with legs, black and spinning.

The sighting was reported to RAF St. Athan.
