The witness watched an object described as being bigger than a star, white and very bright at an elevation of 25 degrees. There was no sound or smell. The object moved 'up and down slowly and gracefully.'

The witness, who saw the object with the naked eye and through binoculars, reported the sighting to Cardiff Airport. Two other people witnessed the object also.
